About Us
The National Adventure Club (India), established in 1993, is a prominent organization that promotes adventure sports among youth both in India and abroad. It was officially registered under the Society Registration Act, 1860, with the registration number 2198/1993. Recognized as an All India Organization by the Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, Government of India, the club plays an essential role in fostering a spirit of adventure and national integration. Over the last 26 years, the National Adventure Club has become a leading force in organizing the All India Adventure Festivals, typically held in the first week of February. These festivals attract young participants from all over India and beyond, encouraging youth to engage in various adventure sports. These events are not only about experiencing adventure but also serve as a platform for national integration, bringing together diverse groups and promoting unity through shared experiences.
- 1st National Adventure Jamboree was organized in 1995.
- 2nd National Adventure Festival was organized in 1996 and 1st National Winter Adventure Festival was organized in 1996.
- Till now 30 National Adventure Festivals and 1 National Winter Adventure Festival have been organized by the Club.
- Besides the above Festivals, Summer/Winter Adventure Camps at Manali,Dhanaulti and Kodiyala have been organized by the Club during 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 & 2019 for Odisha Sports & Youth Affairs Department in which 2568 participants took part.
